Every chain restaurant has a recipe. It's printed on a laminated card in a binder at headquarters. The diner down the street has your grandmother's recipe. Same category, totally different result. That's the whole story of AI on Main Street right now.

What does "your context is the moat" actually mean?

A moat is the water around a castle. It keeps the castle safe even when a bigger army shows up next door. For a small business, the moat isn't your building or your sign. It's everything you know that a national tool doesn't.

How is this different from just having a customer list?

A spreadsheet is a filing cabinet. It holds facts but does nothing with them. The moat is what happens when those facts feed a tool that can act: draft the reminder, flag the reorder, write the follow-up email in your voice, before you even think to ask.
